Detangle first
Before washing, comb gently with a wide-tooth comb, starting at the ends and working up.

Wash in cool water
Soak in cool water with a shampoo made for synthetic hair. Swirl softly; never rub, twist or wring.

Condition lightly
A synthetic-safe conditioner keeps the fibre soft and smooth. Rinse again in cool water.

Dry naturally
Pat with a towel, then let it air-dry on a wig stand. The style returns as it dries.

Keep away from heat
Hot tools, ovens and steam can damage synthetic fibre. Ask us before using any heat on your piece.

Store with care
Rest it on a stand or in its box, away from direct sun and dust, so it keeps its shape.

How do I place an order?

Email us at esther@estelwigs.com or call (845) 38-ESTEL with the style you love, and we will take care of the rest.

How can I track my order?

We usually ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them, via local carriers. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We ship locally and internationally to select countries. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your location. For more information, email us at esther@estelwigs.com.

What is your return policy?

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders are not eligible for return.

How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
